Michael is involved mostly in residential real estate. Besides regular general home buy and sells, he has been helping real estate builders and developers in land acquisition, proforma analysis, rezoning process, marketing the project and closings. He is also specialized in high end marketing. Currently, he is representing the most expensive home for sale in Metro Vancouver.

Project Marketing:

Michael has helped developers in small and medium residential multi-family projects not only on pre-sale or sale but also give professional advise in early phase of land acquisition and rezoning; get involved in design and provide opinion from sales prospective on floor plan and finishing; coordinate during construction process; conduct the walk through and closing process and finally in warranty and customer service.

Commercial Property:

Michael is also involved in commercial lease and acquisition. He is well familiar with the city zoning and provide market assessment on  mutli-family income property, retail, office and warehouse.
